He analyzes the technical solution, proposed claim scope, cited documents and the main points raised during examination. He then develops a response plan based on the circumstances of each application and assists clients throughout the examination process. In patent portfolio planning, he reviews product structures, research directions, technical features and market applications. He helps clients identify key innovative features and develops focused filing plans covering core technologies, product functions and different applications. He also has experience in patent search and analysis. He conducts prior art searches, patentability analysis and related risk reviews for specific technical solutions.
