In patent matters, she is familiar with patent filing, responses to office actions, patent reexamination, patent validity reviews and related case procedures. Based on the progress and procedural requirements of each matter, she assists with material preparation, deadline tracking, process coordination and communication. She also has experience in copyright registration and software copyright registration. Based on the type of work, software product features and project background, she assists clients with preparing registration materials and completing the relevant procedures. In contract review and daily intellectual property matters, she reviews IP terms, licensing arrangements, confidentiality obligations, project deliverables and contract responsibilities.
